While the fall version of this class takes a slower, more contemplative pace, in the spring— we accelerate things and focus on a few key issues and practical applications therein.
This will be compressed take on the autumn version of this class.
We’ll discuss:
victory over adversity, triumph over trauma. your restoration from the past, or an unjust present— that all sounds good, but how?
Have you ever wondered or struggled with these questions: How do people get over things? How do they become whole? How do you exit the trauma narrative to live the life you were always meant to live? — excerpted from book summary.
- Actively inhabiting your identity as a child of God, and not as a reactive, triggered or victimized person.
- Leaving the dysfunctional “superself” behind— to live in the spirit of power, love and a sound mind— by recognizing God’s work in you.

This course will debut April 2026 and mark your calendar for every upcoming year. Spaces are limited, apply today!
2026: This year’s class will begin on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 12 noon EST (and will be recurring for a total of roughly 4 weeks.

This is an online course, which will be facilitated by the founder of find create joy via Zoom and via our proprietary online course materials and multimedia resources. In certain circumstances, if all students are NYC-based, and there is a desire to do so, we may find a way to meet in-person.
live & online:
Students may participate live or offline if their schedule does not work with the live class time.

In order to facilitate a good class discussion, we have -12- spaces available.
This course is not available as a 1-on-1/ independent study.
The first -5- people to respond to this opening can claim a FREE seat. That is, take the course tuition free. Men and women are welcome; if we have a majority of one gender, we will make 2 classes.
We are offering an early bird special for our debut class at $400, the regular fee will be $800.
