desc:
“Have you ever felt that you needed a make-over? but not something superficial… but your whole self?” Let’s (re)discover your authentic style.
Style 101 – Find Your Style is a 4-week course is offered each year, starting in January.
What you’ll gain from taking this course:
After taking this course, you’ll confidently be able to say that you’ve discovered your authentic style.
when:
EVERY JANUARY, Fridays @ 3pm EST for 4 weeks: Beginning the last week of January, and will run for approximately 4 weeks, meeting on Fridays:
This course is available every January (so apply today!) and mark your calendar for every upcoming year.
2027: Check back next fall. You may of course submit an application at any time, but we will not announce details until the fall.
For 2026: This year’s class will begin on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 3pm EST (and will be recurring for a total of about 4-weeks), that is:
- We may extend classes beyond 4-weeks, for example, if the need is there, etc.
- This isn’t the case in 2026, but when/if a class falls on Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14th) students can vote to move that meeting date to the following week. And thusly, classes would conclude one week later than planned (because we’d have taken one week off).
This course first debuted in January 2025.
what:
This is an online course, which will be facilitated by the founder of find create joy via Zoom and via our proprietary online course materials and multimedia resources. In certain circumstances, if all students are NYC-based, and there is a desire to do so, we may find a way to meet in-person. This, however, is not an option for 1-on-1/ independent studies.
live & online:
Students may participate live or offline if their schedule does not work with the live class time.
+
tuition:
In order to facilitate a good class discussion, we have -12- spaces available.
This course is available as a 1-on-1/ independent study.
The first -5- people to respond to this opening can claim a FREE seat. That is, take the course tuition free. Men and women are welcome; if we have a majority of one gender, we will make 2 classes.
We are offering an early bird special for our debut class at $400, the regular fee will be $800.
Scholarships are always available, please inquire.
